These journals are created from unwanted hard cover books, book board or chip board. The covers and spine are covered in decorative paper or fabric and then decorated with a variety of designs or images. Signatures are then added to create a truly unique book.
All of my journals are created in a pet friendly, smoke free environment. These journals are lovingly made by hand, not by machine and this means they may not be “perfect”. Their slight imperfections only lend to their charm and uniqueness.
Every effort is made to represent the colors as accurately as possible, but please note that colors can vary by the type of device and display they are viewed on.

Little Bird Journal -Sold
This journal is made from chip board pieces which were covered in decorative papers and then birds, butterflies and words were added to both front and back covers. The spine of the journal has a fabric covering. It contains two signatures, each with 40 pages (80 front and back) of decorative papers and coffee dyed papers. Some of the edges of the papers are decorated with lace trim, as well as pom poms. There are pockets on the inside of both the front and back covers that contain tags. The journal measures 8 1/2 inches high and 5 1/2 inches wide and has a ribbon closure.
Royal Bunny Journal – Sold
This journal is made from chip board pieces, which were covered in decorative paper and then a regal bunny image was added to the front cover and a handsome bunny was added to the back cover. The spine is covered with lace and the front cover is also adorned with blue crystals along the side of the spine. It contains four signatures, each with 30 pages (60 front and back) of white, hand deckled paper. There are pockets on the inside of both the front and back covers that contain a variety of ephemera. The journal measures 8 1/2 inches high and 5 1/2 inches wide and has a ribbon closure.

Pink Floral Collage – Sold
Instead of a hard cover book, this journal was made from a cereal box which was covered in decorative paper and then an images of a gorgeous pink floral collage was added to the front and back covers. These images look 3D but are actually 2D. The spine is covered with pink fabric which have three lace flowers on it as well. The side of the spine is also decorated with a white ribbon and the front cover has pink buttons added to the ribbon.
