These patchwork journals are truly a labor of love. Sewn completely by hand, they are then embellished with a mix of hand embroidery, charms, lace, trim, buttons and beads.
Once filled, the notebooks can be replaced and the cover can be used for years to come.
All of my journals are created in a pet friendly, smoke free environment. These journals are lovingly made by hand, not by machine and this means they may not be “perfect”. Their slight imperfections only lend to their charm and uniqueness.

This Traveler’s Journal has a hand stitched cover made from a variety of fabric scraps in various shades of pastels. It has lots of tea dyed lace, hand embroidery and other embellishments and also has an elastic closure with a charm. There is also a handmade tassel adorning the spine, filled with beads and charms.
This journal is approximately 9 inches high and 6 inches wide. It contains three handmade notebooks, measuring 8 1/4 inches high and 4 3/4 inches wide, which are filled with 30 pages, front and back, of various sizes of coffee dyed paper and one handmade folder with a pocket on each side.
